We will write an inspiring “research and design manual” to inspire studies and implementations of future walking and urban mobility projects more broadly. It will explain, in an accessible hands-on way, how we conducted research and made design interventions in the three selected cities. It will also give a brief account of our main findings, design solutions and advice in the different studies.
A minimum of two scientific articles will be published in recognized papers (Mobilities, Urban Design, Transport Geography or Annals of Tourism Research) and the results from the project are presented at a minimum of three conferences of relevance. Furthermore, the conclusions from the project are presented in several SoMeplatforms.
